Check-in: Saturday 16:00 - 19:30 - Check-out: Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Only in low season, it's possible to stay less than seven nights.

The price includes: use of apartment with all appliances, water, electricity, change of linen (1/week), gas for cooking, use of swimming pool, use of washing machine, final cleaning, air conditioning in Apartment Girasole, WiFi in whole structure.

The opening of swimming pool is guaranteed from 1st of May to 30th of September.

Caution money: € 155.00 on arrival. The sum will be returning before departure.

Notes: pets are not allowed.

Not included: air conditioning in apartment Melograno and Fiordaliso (the price is € 10,00/day).

Tourist tax: € 1.00/night, per person for maximum five days (children under 12 are excluded).

Booking conditions: for an effective resevation, it must guarantee a deposit at least 30% of total price. The final balance will be deposit at coming in hotel with cash payment or credit card (VISA).

Cancellation policy: in case of cancel booking for a period shorter than 42 days before arrival, the customer will pay the total amount of rent. In case of cancel booking for a period longer than 42 days before arrival, the customer will only pay the deposit (30% of total price).

The hotel will only examine the written complaints; compulsorily this will be presented before departure.
